1. Age Restrictions

1.1 We will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law requires.
1.2 By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
1.3 If you are buying a product/s as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

2. Misuse

2.1 We will refuse to sell Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Cream Charger cartridges to you if we suspect you intend to misuse them or are under 18.

3. Delivery

3.1 Due to the recent misuse issues with Nitrous Oxide, we will NOT ship to the following places:

• University Halls of Residence
• Colleges
• Schools
• Hospitals
• Jersey and Guernsey
• Outside of UK

3.2 We will only ship to delivery address if it matches with the billing address provided. We will cancel all orders that do NOT meet this requirement.
