Youthstar direct returns policy

Youthstar Direct stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your order.


If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the purchase date. 



We will accept returns provided they meet the following guidelines:


Returned within 30 days of purchase date

 

Returned with a valid proof of purchase

 

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

 

Must be in the original packaging

 

Item is faulty, damaged or missing

Sale / Clearance items

 

Intimate or Sanitary Goods

 

Flammable Liquids or Gases


Please note: We will deduct shipping costs from your refund if the items are not faulty, damaged or missing.

To open a return case, send us an email that includes your order number and return reason to sales@youthstardirect.co.uk

WAIT

Please wait whilst our Returns Department looks at your request to see if it complies with our Returns Policy

ELIGIBILITY

Once we have looked at your return request, we will inform you if your request has been approved or not

PACK

Once your return has been approved by us, pack your return items. Include a note inside the package specifying your order number (e.g. YD12345)

SHIP

Go to your local post office, or use any trackable postal service available to you to send the return items back to us

REFUND

Once we receive your order and it has been inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund
