Youthstar Direct Returns Policy


Youthstar Direct stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your order.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the purchase date. 

 

We will accept returns provided they meet the following guidelines:

Returned within 30 days of purchase date

Returned with a valid proof of purchase

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Must be in the original packaging

Item is faulty, damaged or missing

 

Excluded Items (for returns):

Unsealed items with a protective seal due to health protection or hygiene reasons

 Any product in the Medicines Category

Sale / Clearance items

Intimate or Sanitary Goods

Flammable Liquids or Gases

 

How to Request a Return

 

To return an item for a refund, check that your return meets our policy then follow these 5 simple steps:

    1) Visit our Returns Centre 
    To start your return, enter the order number (e.g. #YD0001) provided to you at the time of purchase and
    in your confirmation email. Also, enter the email address you provided during your purchase.
    All return requests must go to our Returns Centre.

 2) Create a Return

    First, select the product(s) you wish to return. Next, choose an appropriate reason for your return.
    You may add any notes regarding your return for us to view.
    You must now wait for a return approval email from our Returns Department.

   Once your return has been approved, pack your return items. Include a note inside specifying your email address, return number (RMA) and order number (e.g. #YD001)

   We encourage you to reuse the mailbag or box you received. Seal the package securely.

   Please remove all old shipping labels, stickers and other materials.

   Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. 

   Please ensure all old shipping labels, stickers, and other materials have been removed or voided.

   We encourage you to choose a trackable shipping service to avoid loss of item.

  5) Return Confirmation & Refund

 You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been accepted and processed. 

 Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned item(s) have been inspected by our quality assurance team.

 It can take up to 14 days for the refund to be visible on your account.

  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged in transit.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at sales@youthstardirect.co.uk.
