 Here are the available delivery options for UK and International orders:

 All orders placed before 2 PM, Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day.

 Please note:

 - It is our goal to deliver at the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Depending on which delivery service you have chosen, delivery time varies.

All our UK orders are shipped to your door by Royal Mail. If you are out when the postman calls, they try and leave your item(s) with a neighbour. If the postman isn't able to leave your item with a neighbour, they will take it to a local Royal Mail Customer Service Point, for you to collect it from there. 

The postman will leave a red "Something for you" card through your letterbox, indicating whether your item(s) were left with a neighbour or sent to a local Customer Service Point.

Please add "Change Delivery Address" to subject line.

However, If your order has already been processed and dispatched, then unfortunately it is too late to change your delivery address.

Please add "Order Cancellation Request" to subject line.

If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund.
